• Radial menu hold to select. Turn it on in the radial editor, then hold your radial hotkey, point at a segment, and let go to fire it. The usual click to open still works exactly as before.
• A dedicated Settings window. Settings now open in their own window with grouped sections, instead of one long scrolling list.
• Record Macro is now its own action. When you assign a key you can choose Record Macro directly, separate from building a macro step by step.

Improved

• The action buttons in the key editor are reorganised. Macro and Record Macro sit on the top row, with Text, Hotkey, Open and AHK Script on the row below.
• New keys now open on the Macro editor by default.
• Every action type now shows a short, dismissible tip explaining what it does.
• The Add Step button in the macro editor is easier to spot.

New

• Launching an app that is already running now brings its window to the front instead of opening a second copy. This works from hotkeys, the radial menu, Quick Search and macro steps, and restores minimised windows too.
• The Quick Search bar and the clipboard popup can now be moved. Drag the grip handle to put them anywhere on screen and Keyfire remembers the spot. Double click the grip to snap back, or use the Reset position buttons in Settings.
• When the Quick Search bar sits near the bottom of the screen, its results open upwards so the list never runs off the monitor.
• The clipboard popup has a new swap button that switches which side the list and the preview pane appear on.

• The clipboard popup header is tidier. The search box now fills the full width of the list pane.

• Macros with multiple text steps no longer occasionally paste old clipboard content or skip steps.

New

• Import your expansions from other tools. The new Import From menu in Text Expansions reads Espanso (.yml), AutoHotkey hotstrings (.ahk), TextExpander (.csv) and Text Blaze (.json) export files. Text Blaze forms convert to fill-in fields and formulas where possible, and anything that cannot be converted is flagged so you know exactly what came across.
• Tables in text expansions. Insert a table from the editor toolbar with a size picker, move between cells with Tab, add or remove rows and columns from a toolbar that appears while your cursor is in the table, and drag column edges to resize. Tables paste with proper borders into Word, Gmail, Outlook and other rich text apps, and fall back to tab-separated text in plain text apps.
• Text highlighting in expansions. Select text in the editor and choose from twelve highlight colours. Highlights carry through to rich text apps when the expansion fires.
• Select multiple expansions at once. Ctrl+click or Shift+click to build a selection, then delete them in one go. A Select All option covers the current view.

Improved

• Sidebar lists across Text Expansions, Quick Actions and Clipboard now use a slightly larger font for readability.
• Section headers in the clipboard and search panels have a refreshed gold style.

Fixed

• Autocorrect now fixes words typed with Caps Lock on (like tHE becoming The) and switches Caps Lock off for you, whether or not Shift was involved.
• Fire on key press no longer leaves Shift, Ctrl or Alt stuck down when the trigger fires at the same moment you release the modifier.
• Expansions fired into Gmail no longer arrive with stray spaces at the start.

Fixed

• Light theme gold accent restored to its original brighter shade, matching dark theme. It had shifted to a darker version in v0.7.0.

Keyfire 0.7.0 adds a full Autocorrect area to Text Expansions. Typos are fixed the instant you finish a word, in any application, without breaking your typing rhythm. Every part of it is opt-in and Pro.

New

• Autocorrect (Pro). Misspellings are corrected the moment you end a word with Space, Enter, Tab or punctuation. Corrections keep your capitalisation, and the whole replacement lands in one input burst.
• Your Corrections. Build your own list, grouped by correct word with as many misspellings as you like. Your entries always win over the bundled packs.
• Five bundled packs, each with its own switch and all off by default. Common Typos covers around fifty everyday slips. The Extended Dictionary adds over four thousand English misspellings. Days Of The Week capitalises monday to Monday. Symbols converts things like (c), arrows typed as dash and angle bracket, fractions such as 1/2, comparisons like >=, and currency shortcuts such as (eur). Emoji inserts around seventy-five emoji by name, for example (smile) or (thumbsup).
• Superscripts and subscripts. Type m^2 or co\_2 and the trailing number converts in place. Perfect for engineering and chemistry notes.
• Typing fixes with individual toggles: double capitals (HEllo becomes Hello), accidental Caps Lock (tHE becomes The and Caps Lock switches off), and sentence capitalisation after full stops and new lines.
• Undo with Backspace. One press immediately after a correction restores exactly what you typed. Undo the same correction twice and Keyfire offers to stop correcting that word. Nothing is ever changed without your say so.
• Fine control over every entry. Switch off any single bundled correction, or hit Customise to copy it into Your Corrections and change what it produces.
• Import and export your corrections as a CSV file.
• Excluded apps for autocorrect, plus a separate exclusion list for text expansions under Settings, so each can be silenced per app independently.
• Fire on key press (Settings, Performance section). Triggers can now dispatch the moment you press the key instead of on release, for a snappier feel.
• Clipboard privacy: copies that password managers such as 1Password, Bitwarden and KeePass mark as private are never recorded, matching how the Windows clipboard history behaves. No setup needed.
• Analytics now counts typos fixed, with its own row in the activity breakdown.

Improved

• Macro speed presets now apply correctly, and a new Instant preset removes all keystroke delay. If you had a custom speed slider set in an earlier version, your stored value now takes effect.
• The Compatibility section in Settings is now called Performance.
• Light theme readability overhaul: text, buttons and status colours were darkened to meet accessibility contrast standards, and primary buttons now use dark text on gold in both themes.
• Buttons across the app give press feedback, keyboard focus outlines are consistent everywhere including popups, and long autocorrect lists use multiple columns on larger windows.

Fixed

• Expansion triggers containing shifted characters now fire reliably when Shift is pressed partway through typing the trigger.

New

• Keyfire now reads the text inside images you copy. Screenshots are scanned automatically in the background, so the words inside them are ready when you need them (Pro).
• Search inside images. Clipboard search now also matches text found inside your copied images (Pro).
• Send Hotkey actions can now fire mouse clicks. Record combos like Shift+Left Click in the action editor and play them back exactly, modifiers included.

• Much better text extraction accuracy on coloured or low-contrast text, such as red text in a document.

• Text extraction no longer misses the bottom rows of tall screenshots.

• Trigger recording now captures mouse buttons and the scroll wheel. Click Record, then press a combination like Alt + Right Click or Ctrl + Scroll Up to set it as a trigger.
• Hold triggers now work on mouse buttons (Pro). One button can carry three actions: tap, double press, and hold. A quick click still behaves normally.
• Shorter licence keys. New keys use the KEYFIRE format and paste cleanly even with stray spaces or line breaks. Existing keys keep working unchanged.

• Pasting from the clipboard popup no longer reorders your history. Copy several items in a row and paste them back in sequence without the list shuffling. Clicking Copy on an item in the main panel still floats it to the top.
• The radial menu now has a default hotkey on fresh installs: Ctrl+Shift+Space. Existing setups are not changed.
• The sidebar list now matches the view you are on. The keyboard view lists keyboard triggers and the mouse view lists mouse triggers.

Fixed

• Reassign and Duplicate now work for every trigger, including mouse triggers and items that only have a double press or hold action. All three press modes move together, so nothing gets left behind on the old key.

New

• Macros gain a Files category. Create Folder makes a new folder where you are working in Explorer or at a chosen location. It can ask for the name when it runs, copy a template folder's contents into the new folder, and number folders automatically with the {inc} token.
• Copy Files and Move Files steps send your selected files, or files matching a pattern like *.pdf, to a chosen folder or a named subfolder of the current one. Transfers use the native Windows progress dialogs and are recoverable from the Recycle Bin.
• Sort Files step (Pro) routes files into matching folders based on a code or prefix in the filename. You see the full plan and confirm before anything moves. When a file would overwrite another, you choose to overwrite, keep both with a date suffix, or cancel.

Improved

• The clipboard popup opens instantly. Your history now loads in the background instead of holding the window back.
• Image previews in the clipboard popup load as they scroll into view, so large histories stay smooth.

Fixed

• Typing in the clipboard popup search no longer leaks characters into the app behind it. While the popup is open your keystrokes go to the search box, the same way the Windows clipboard viewer works.

New

• The Starred section in the Clipboard Manager is now called Saved, with a new bookmark icon. Everything you starred before is already there.
• Pro users can create folders inside the Saved section to organise their clips. Click Add Folder in the sidebar, then drag items in or right-click and choose Move to Folder. Folder names are encrypted at rest just like your clipboard content.
• Copying or pasting an item from the Clipboard Manager now moves it to the top of your history, so it is the first thing you see next time you open the quick paste popup.
• Full keyboard control in the Clipboard Manager. Arrow keys move between items, Enter or Ctrl+C copies the selected one, and Delete removes it. Ctrl+click builds a multi-selection for bulk actions and Ctrl+A selects everything in view.

Improved

• Every section in the clipboard timeline can now be collapsed, including Saved, Pinned and each folder. Headers animate open and closed and your layout is remembered between sessions.
• The preview pane stays open on the right of the Clipboard Manager and can be resized at any time. Image previews grow to fill the pane as you widen it.
• Right-click any clipboard item to copy it straight back to your clipboard. Every copy action now shows a small confirmation toast.

Fixed

• Fixed an issue where PCs that updated from an older Trigr version could keep launching the old app at startup, showing an update prompt on every boot. Keyfire now repairs the startup entry automatically. If you still see "Trigr" listed in Windows Installed apps, it is safe to uninstall it, Keyfire is unaffected.

• The What's New button and the feedback form now load correctly again. They had stopped working after our feedback platform moved to a new address.

• Macro steps for system actions: Minimise All, Restore All, Lock Computer, Sleep, Log Off, Shut Down and Control Panel. Sleep, Log Off and Shut Down ask for confirmation before they run.
• Change Volume macro step. Set an exact level, nudge it up or down, or mute, with the native Windows volume display showing the change.
• Window control macro steps. Minimise, maximise or resize a specific window, with an optional new position when resizing.
• Play Audio File and Play Video File macro steps, with a monitor picker for where the player opens.
• Mouse Scroll step, plus expanded Click Mouse options including separate press and release actions.

• The macro step menu is reorganised into categories so steps are easier to find.
• Macros that open an app, folder or media file now wait for the window to be placed before the next step runs, so follow-up steps no longer fire too early.
• Text expansion editor: drag the divider to resize the editing pane. The formula popup can now be dragged anywhere and remembers where you left it.

• Keyfire now recreates its Start Menu shortcut on startup if it went missing after an update.
• Copying or moving a trigger to another profile now brings its double-press and hold actions along too.

• Clipboard now preserves rich-text formatting. Formatted content copied from Word, Outlook or a browser keeps its bullets, bold, links and colour when pasted into Gmail, Word or Slack. Plain-text apps still receive plain text automatically. New "Paste plain" button on the popup and "Copy plain" on the main panel let you override per action.
• Ctrl+Shift+V clipboard popup now works inside fill-in windows. Pick a saved clip while a fill-in prompt is open and it lands in the focused field instead of the target app.

Fixed

• Macro recordings now replay drag operations correctly. Moving images in Excel, dragging files in Explorer, freehand strokes in Paint and any other click-and-drag flows now work in playback. Previously the cursor teleported between points without telling the app it had moved, so apps saw a click instead of a drag.

New

• Quick Record gains a third hotkey: Loop. Set it in Settings, Quick Record, Loop. Press it to replay your saved quick recording continuously until you press the same hotkey again, hit Esc, or pause Keyfire.

Fixed

• Clipboard Manager's Clear All button now keeps your pinned and starred items. Only regular history is removed. The Settings clear-history prompt was also updated to make this clear.

New

• Quick Record (opt-in): capture a macro from anywhere with one hotkey, replay with another. Press the record hotkey from any app to start recording your keystrokes and mouse, press it again to save. Replay anytime with the play hotkey. Saved recordings survive restarts. Off by default. Turn it on in Settings, Quick Record and pick your combos (suggested: Ctrl+Alt+R / Ctrl+Alt+P).
• Starred clipboard items: new tier above Pinned in the main Clipboard Manager. Star items you reach for daily so they stay at the top of the timeline. Starred items show in the main panel only, so the popup stays focused on recents and pinned. Right-click any item to star.
• Drag-to-reorder pinned and starred items: custom order both tiers however you like. Drag the cards in the main Clipboard Manager.

Improved

• Radial wheel respects your theme. Wedges now follow dark/light mode instead of staying white in both.
• Pin icons unified across clipboard surfaces. Popup and main panel use the same pin icon for pinned items.

Fixed

• Clipboard popup no longer steals focus from your text field. Pasting into transient inline editors (emClient calendar items, Outlook in-place subject lines, similar) now works correctly. The popup is fully non-activating, so your cursor caret never moves.
• Old Trigr Start Menu shortcut is cleaned up automatically for users who auto-updated from v0.5.x. The new Keyfire shortcut takes its place, the broken old one disappears.

Rebrand

• Trigr is now Keyfire. Full rebrand following a UK trademark conflict. Same product, same team, same code. The website is now keyfire.app (usetrigr.com still works via 301 redirect indefinitely). Your existing config, clipboard history, analytics, licence keys, and Start with Windows setting all carry through untouched. Auto-update flips the branding without losing anything.

New

• Macro Recording (Phase 1). Record any sequence of keyboard and mouse actions, replay with one hotkey. Add a Record Macro step in the macro editor, hit Record, do the workflow, hit Stop or press Ctrl+Shift+R. Replay triggers your other Keyfire features (mapped hotkeys, text expansions) as if you typed them live. Known limits in this release: Quick Search overlay and Radial menus do not capture typed text or appear during replay; recordings use absolute screen coordinates. Distillation engine, scroll/drag steps, and configurable stop hotkey coming in v0.7+.
• Global Esc cancel. Pressing Esc now stops ANY running macro (not just loops). Works mid-Wait too. Honoured within 100ms.
• Cancellable long sleeps. Macros with multi-second Wait steps or long inter-iteration delays now honour cancel within 100ms instead of running out the full duration.
• Hold-only key indicator. Keys mapped only to a hold action now display a stopwatch icon on the keyboard canvas.

New

• Multi-monitor support for Open App and Open Folder actions. Pick which display the app or folder opens on: Primary, Monitor under cursor, Same as foreground window, or any connected display by name.
• Formula engine for text expansions. Inline math, string functions, conditional logic, and date math inside snippets via the new Formulas toolbar.
• Typed fill-in fields. Multi-line, dropdown, yes/no toggle, number, and date picker on top of the legacy plain text.
• Set variable and named if/else blocks. Give intermediate results and conditionals a name, reference them in later formulas.
• Selection token {selection}. Capture highlighted text at fire time inside an expansion.
• Date functions: today(), dateadd, dateformat, datediff for working with picked dates.

• The Link to App dialog's Pick App dropdown is clickable again. The picker had been rendering behind the modal backdrop in recent builds.
• Radial menu actions now reach fullscreen and borderless windowed apps reliably. Firing a wedge over a game could previously miss the target window.
• Paste and fire actions from the clipboard popup and Quick Search now land correctly in apps like Chrome, VS Code, and Slack. Focus was sometimes being refused, sending the action to whatever window held focus instead.

Improved

• The Link to App dialog now reads "Make sure the app is running, then use Pick App below or browse for the app directly." This clears up that Browse is an alternative path, not a follow-up step.

• Macro looping. Configure any macro to run multiple times or loop forever, with an optional delay between iterations. Re-press the trigger or hit Esc to stop a running loop.
• Filter clipboard history by app. The sidebar date counts now mirror the active app or tag filter, and dates with nothing matching hide from the list.

Improved

• Cross-device radial menu sync. When two machines edit the shared config out of sync, edits from both sides are now preserved rather than the second save wiping the first. A toast confirms when a merge happens.

Fixed

• Click Mouse macro step fires reliably. It now defaults to Left Click immediately so the step actually does something on first save. Existing macros with an empty value also fire correctly after updating.
• Right-click in Arc browser. The synthetic click now holds briefly between press and release so context menus open in Arc and other Chromium-based apps.
• Macros no longer freeze on rapid re-fire. A macro that's still running won't have a second copy of itself race it; subsequent triggers are dropped until the first finishes. Different macros still run concurrently.
• Type Text waits for the last character. Macro steps that follow Type Text (Open URL, Open App, Click at Position, Focus Window) now wait for the typed text to land before running.
• Overlay popups no longer clip on some 4K and TV setups. The clipboard popup and quick-search panels shrink gracefully when the visible area is narrower than expected, so rounded corners stay intact.
• Clipboard popup search no longer duplicates characters. Typing in the popup produces one character per keystroke even under timing races.

New

• Clipboard panel now has a column-layout toggle. Choose 1 column, 2 columns, or auto-flow from the new switcher in the clipboard header. Single-column mode lets long text items expand to show their full content without needing to open the preview pane.

Fixed

• Hold-only key actions and double-press hotkey actions now work in fullscreen games. Keys mapped to a hold or double-press action no longer kill the standard press of that key in titles using DirectInput or Raw Input (FPS games, racing sims), and double-press actions that send a key (for example tap-tap-W to send the equals key for autorun) now reach the game's input system correctly.
• Clipboard popup no longer renders off the bottom of the screen on high-DPI displays. At 225% scaling and above on smaller panels, the popup buttons could be inaccessible. The popup now fits inside the available work area with a safe margin on top and bottom.

Improved

• New in-app tip pointing to the right-click profile menu, so users can discover how to link a profile to a specific app and have Trigr auto-switch when that app gains focus.

Fixed

• Clipboard popup, Quick Search, voice overlay and radial menu now position correctly on high-DPI displays. Previously these could land partly off-screen on 4K monitors at non-default scaling (e.g. 200% / 225% / 250%).

New

• Clipboard encryption at rest. Your clipboard history (text, images, OCR, search index) is now encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The encryption key is bound to your Windows account via DPAPI, so a copied database file on another machine reads as gibberish. Existing history migrates automatically on first launch, with a 7-day plaintext backup beside the database in case anything goes wrong.
• Hold trigger (Pro). A third trigger mode alongside single press and double tap. Hold a key past the configurable threshold (default 350ms) to fire its assigned action. Threshold slider in Settings.

Improved

• Profile switching on hotkey press is now instant. Clicking into an app and firing a hotkey no longer waits for the 1500ms foreground poll to catch up.
• Settings Privacy and Security block now shows clipboard encryption status, the auto-delete date for the upgrade backup, and a Reset clipboard storage option.

Fixed

• Hold-only mappings no longer suppress the underlying key's native behaviour. A tap of F8 still toggles ortho in BricsCAD; only a hold past the threshold fires the Trigr action.
• Holding a hotkey while a launched app steals focus no longer fires the new profile's hold action under the same physical gesture.

New

• Extracted image text in the Clipboard Manager now has two copy options. Copy as shown keeps the line breaks from the image, and Copy as paragraphs joins them into flowing text.
• Tip boxes across the app now show the exact hotkey for each feature, covering the radial wheel, Quick Search, text expansions and the Clipboard Manager. Each tip has a close button if you know your way around, and Settings has a Show Feature Tips Again option to bring them back.

Improved

• The active tab on header switchers is now a clear gold button with white icons, so it is obvious which view you are in.
• The trigger picker for macros groups each profile under a gold header. Your Default profile is always listed first and the rest follow your sidebar order.
• Empty radial wheel segments are easier to see, glow gold on hover, and stay highlighted while you edit them. Folder segments' gold trim now sits cleanly on the segment edge and grows with the hover effect.

Fixed

• Setting a feature hotkey (radial wheel, Quick Search, pause, clipboard popup) no longer needs the combo pressed twice. The first press registers.
• Copies from apps like Word and the Snipping Tool could occasionally be missed by clipboard history. Trigr now retries when another app is briefly holding the clipboard.
• Copying long extracted text created a clipboard item that appeared cut short until the app reloaded. The full text now shows immediately.
• Duplicating a Wait for Input macro step no longer pushed the Key field onto its own row.

Improved

• Alongside its once-a-day housekeeping, Trigr now sends one anonymous usage summary: a count of how many triggers, expansions and macros fired that day, plus the app version. It never includes what you typed, your snippets, or anything that could identify you or your machine. We cannot even tell that two days of counts came from the same person. It simply helps us see which features earn their place during the beta. Prefer not to share even that? One toggle in Settings > Privacy & Security turns it off.
• The privacy policy at usetrigr.com now spells out exactly what is and is not sent.
• Settings tidy-up: the Privacy & Security section now leads with the usage toggle, with the config and log folder shortcuts grouped below it.

Improved

• Trigr now uses far less memory when idle. Background windows go to sleep after five minutes of not being used and wake instantly when you open them. In our testing, idle memory use dropped from around 500MB to between 100MB and 200MB.
• Faster startup and a smaller memory footprint. The icon libraries behind the radial menu now load only when they are needed.

Fixed

• Fixed a background watchdog that needlessly restarted Trigr's input monitoring after 30 seconds away from the keyboard.

New

• Fire any saved text expansion straight from a hotkey. Pick the new Expansion type under the Text button, then choose a saved trigger. Pressing the key fires that expansion.
• Each action type on a key now has its own display label. Switching between Text, Hotkey, Macro and so on swaps the label too. Clearing one type leaves the others labels intact.

Improved

• Clear Action now wipes only the type you are editing, and the cleared state persists across close and reopen. Drafts of other types on the same key are preserved. The editor stays on the tab you were using.
• Action editor layout is tighter. App, URL and Folder collapse into a single Open button with sub-pills. Macro Sequence and AHK Script each take a half-row to balance the grid.
• Quick Action editor matches the main action editor. Open App / URL / Folder collapse into one Open button, the type buttons span the full row, and a separator line divides the type picker from the form below.

Fixed

• Some games using infinite mouse-look (MMOs, FPS) had camera rotation broken while Trigr was running. Trigr now automatically pauses its mouse listener when a fullscreen or borderless app has focus, and resumes when you switch back to a normal windowed app. Keyboard hotkeys, text expansions and macros continue working as normal. No configuration needed.

Fixed

• Pasting a clipboard item now ignores repeated Enter presses or clicks that arrive while the first paste is still in progress. Previously, rapid input during a laggy paste could flood your clipboard history with hundreds of alternating entries.
• Copying or pasting an image from clipboard history no longer adds the image to Windows clipboard history (Win+V). Images now stay out of the Windows clipboard the same way text expansions already do.

Improved

• Clicking a radial menu segment whose linked action was renamed or deleted now shows a short notice explaining how to re-link it, instead of doing nothing.
• Custom radial menu icons are now stored at icon size. Existing oversized icons are cleaned up automatically, which can shrink your settings file significantly.

Fixed

• Your settings file is no longer rewritten every time you switch between apps. This cuts sync churn for shared setups across multiple machines and makes them safer.
• Fixed a rare case where a hold-style mouse remap could leave its key stuck down after very fast clicking.

• Fixed a serious bug where text expansions could rapidly re-fire in a loop, flooding the clipboard and pasting old clipboard content instead of the expansion text. Expansions now also have a built-in safety brake that stops any runaway firing within a second.

• Text expansions with fill-in fields no longer insert hidden characters around your entries. These invisible characters could break links built from fill-in values and showed up as strange symbols in some apps. Existing expansions are cleaned up automatically, with no action needed.

• Removing a variant when only two remain now asks for confirmation before it collapses the expansion back to a single value.

• Closing Trigr to the tray now clears the open editor and resumes automatic profile switching. Minimising or switching to another app still keeps your place while you test a shortcut.

• Repeat hotkey runs at the speed you set. At 100ms it previously fired around 8 times a second instead of 10. That drift is gone.
• Repeat hotkey now registers reliably inside games. Each press is held long enough for game frame-polling to catch it.
• The modifier bar and view tabs trim down gracefully as you narrow the Trigr window. Buttons drop to a second row before anything gets cramped, and tab labels collapse to icons.
• The right-hand editor panel auto-hides below 1200px when no key is selected, giving the keyboard view more room. It returns the moment you click a key.
• Auto-switch to list view kicks in slightly later (900px) so the modifier pills always stay readable on the main row.

Fixed

• Clicking the tray icon now reliably brings the Trigr window to focus. Previously the window would sometimes open but stay in the background.
• Opening Trigr from the tray now restores it from the taskbar if it was minimised.

• "What's New" button in the title bar. A new button next to the window controls (look for the megaphone icon) opens a popup with the full history of Trigr updates. Click it any time to see what's changed, plus react or comment on any release. This is the first version where these notes will appear inside the app, so you'll see the last few releases when you open it.

What's new in v0.4.18

• Insert dates, times, and clipboard content into macros. A new "Dynamic Text" step under Type & Keys lets you drop in placeholders for today's date, the current time, or your clipboard contents. Pick the format you want from a dropdown, no need to remember any syntax.
• Type Text steps now read dynamic tokens. If you've typed something like {date} or {time:HH:MM} inside a Type Text step, it now expands to the real value at runtime instead of being typed literally.
• Run AutoHotkey scripts without editing them first. Paste any AutoHotkey snippet into a Run AHK Script step and Trigr automatically strips hotkey labels like ^!j:: so the body runs straight away. No more hand-editing scripts to get them working

• Date sidebar in the clipboard panel. Jump straight to Today, Yesterday, This Week, or any prior date instead of scrolling through history. The sidebar updates live as you copy new items.
• Image lightbox. Click any clipboard image to view it full-size in a centred overlay. Click anywhere to close.
• Settings sections collapse and expand. Each settings section is now an accordion you can fold up to focus on what you care about. Section order is also tidier.

• Clipboard search and filters happen at the database level. Date, app, tag, and text filters now scan your entire clipboard history rather than only the rows currently loaded on screen. Much faster and more complete for power users with thousands of entries.
• Pro gating consistency pass. Several Pro features (double-press hotkeys, search template packs beyond 5, expansion variants, image expansions, custom clipboard retention) now correctly prompt for upgrade rather than silently failing or resetting on app restart.

• Request a beta key from inside the app. The Request Beta Key button in the upgrade screen now opens a native form right inside Trigr. Enter your email, hit submit, and the request lands straight in our inbox. No more opening your email client or copying the address by hand.

• Pop-up menus no longer get cut off at the bottom of the screen. Menus like the macro step picker, the radial editor right-click menu, and the window picker now flip upward when they would otherwise overflow the viewport.
• Submenus shift left when they would overflow the right edge. Previously some side menus could disappear off-screen on smaller windows or when the app was docked to the right side. They now reposition themselves to stay visible.
• Polish across macros, clipboard, settings, templates, sidebar, expansions, and the title bar. Many small layout, spacing, and interaction tweaks that add up to a calmer, more consistent feel throughout the app.

• Auto-switch profile is smarter about editing. Trigr now suppresses profile auto-switching only when you're actively editing inside the app, not just whenever the main window is open in the background. Less surprise switching, more accurate when you do want it.
• Clipboard privacy controls. New master toggle to pause clipboard capture entirely, plus an exclusion list so password managers, terminals, or any app you name will never have its clipboard contents stored.
• Remappable clipboard paste hotkey. The shortcut that opens the clipboard popup is now changeable in Settings instead of locked to Ctrl+Shift+V.
• Pro trial grace period. If your Pro trial expires while you're using a shared config, Trigr keeps things working for 7 days while it migrates you back to local settings, with a banner so you know what's happening.
• Settings copy clarified. Cleaner labels and descriptions across every section. Tighter, less repetitive, easier to scan.
