Pricing questions

How is Pro billed?
£49 a year, billed annually. Every update is included while your subscription is active.
How many machines does one Pro licence cover?
Up to three. A single Pro licence covers three of your own machines, for example a desktop, a laptop, and a work PC. Shared config syncs across all machines if they have a shared drive.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel whenever you like, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is Pro free right now?
Yes. Pro is free for everyone during the Beta. Download Keyfire and request a free key from inside the app.
When does Teams launch?
Teams arrives with Keyfire v1.0. It is not available yet. If you want early access for your team, email admin@keyfire.app.
Where does my data live?
On your machine. Keyfire runs locally on Windows. There is no account to use Free or Pro, and no cloud sync unless you turn on shared config yourself. Usage telemetry is limited to a once-daily anonymous summary: counts of fired actions by type, counts of configured features and your plan tier (no content, no identifiers). It can be turned off in Settings.
How do I buy Pro after the Beta?
When Keyfire reaches v1.0 you will be able to subscribe to Pro directly, and the final price will be confirmed then. Beta supporters get advance notice, plus half price for their first year as a thank-you for being early.
